Foxhills Forest Woodland Wellness is tucked away in woodland in Lytchett Minster, near Poole, Dorset. You’ll find us on Post Green Road, BH16 6AP. Full directions and parking details are sent in your booking confirmation.

What shall I bring with my for my sauna session?
Please bring a swimsuit, a towel (or two - one to sit on and one to dry off), water to hydrate and suitable footwear for walking between the sauna, cold dip and cold shower areas. You may also want a cosy layer for cooling-off breaks.

What facilities are available?
For your sauna bookings, there is a barrel sauna, cold dip, cold shower, toilets and changing area.

What are the sauna options?
The sauna is available for communal or private bookings.

Is Foxhills Forest available for Private Hire?
Yes. Foxhills Forest is available for private hire for small groups, corporate away days, retreats and intimate celebrations. You can hire the woodland sauna, wellness spaces and surrounding areas for your own event. Get in touch with your date and ideas and we’ll talk you through the options.

Can I buy a Gift Card?
Yes, you can buy e-gift cards to share Foxhills Forest with friends, family or colleagues. Gift cards can be used towards sauna sessions. Visit our Gift Cards page to purchase, where you can choose your own amount as well as the date it is emailed to the recipient.
